Dr. Arif Jetha is a Mustard Fellow at the Institute for Work and Health and Adjunct Assistant Professor in the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University. His program of research focuses on understanding life course differences in the employment participation of people living with chronic disabling conditions, and applying systems thinking perspectives to understand the role of organizations in work disability prevention.
