Dr. Ian R. Gellatly is a Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management within the Alberta School of Business at the University of Alberta. Ian’s research looks at relations among employees’ feelings, beliefs, perceptions, and work behaviour, such as job performance, attendance, and voluntary turnover, and the conditions (e.g., management practices; policies) that strengthen or weaken these relations.
