Luc Noreau
Dr. Luc Noreau is the Scientific Director at the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Rehabilitation in Social Integration (CIRRIS) and a Professor in the Rehabilitation Department at Laval University. He is internationally recognized as an expert in the study of social participation and disability and has led several cross-sector research and KM partnerships focused on enhancing participation in the disability community.
