Dr. Normand Boucher is a Sociologist and political science researcher at the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Rehabilitation in Social Integration (CIRRIS). His research interests revolve around the understanding of the transformation of social practices and policies in relation to disability and citizenship issues within a participatory approach.
