An International, European and Canadian panel of experts including stakeholders representing SCI consumers & other stakeholder groups developed new evidence-based scientific exercise guidelines for adults with spinal cord injury.  Using transparent and rigorous steps that align with best-practices for developing clinical practice guidelines, these guidelines outline the recommended exercise prescription for Fitness and Cardiometabolic Health benefits.  The development and the resulting guidelines are outlined in the open access paper and poster attached below.
